Brad Ross has been director of corporate communications for the Toronto Transit Commission since 2008. New technology and the advent of social media, such as Twitter, has allowed the TTC to speak directly to the public and its customers, something Ross has helped lead. TTC customers demand new tools to help them make decisions about their own personal travel plans. Trip planners, e-alerts and next vehicle arrival information are just a few of those tools the public has embraced. Before joining the TTC, Ross was manager of media relations and issues management at the City of Toronto.
