A card-carrying carnivore and voracious vegetable lover, I left life in the city for life in the country and now boast an extensive rubber boot collection. Enjoying food with family and friends is my ultimate pleasure. I talk a lot and smile even more.

I spend my days sharing my deep love of Canadian Beef, my nights trying out new recipes, walking our two perfect dogs (@lifeasawookie) and enjoying life in the country. My favourite food is the potato. I display incredible prowess on the grill. If my house was burning down I would run in to get three things: my dogs, my Dyson and my shoes.

I hold degrees in Corporate Communications from Seneca College and Sociology from Queen's University. I have experience developing and implementing public relations and marketing programs for beef and other food product lines at retail, as well as high-end sporting goods.
