Ian Hembery has been involved in the interactive online industry for 30 years. In the 1980's, he participated in the Canadian government led Telidon trials, worked with Time Inc to roll out their interactive cable experiments and assisted Canadian Tire to launch home shopping on the Bell Canada Alex service.
In the 1990's, he co-founded one of the first software companies to develop web page creation products and then led marketing, government relations and public relations for the launch and market expansion of the AOL Canada service.
He is an active investor in technology companies, serves as Vice President and Advisory Board member with Artez Interactive and continues to be fascinated with "what next".
