Paying by credit card

Paying by cheque

If paying by cheque, you must also include a copy of the account summary page. Please courier your cheque and summary page to the attention of TBD, The 2010 Media Innovation Awards c/o Marketing, One Mount Pleasant Rd, 7th Floor, Toronto, ON M4Y 2Y5.
